Privacy policy

This document explains what data the echovoice.tech website collects, why it is needed, where it is stored and how to have it deleted. It is written in plain words: if anything is still unclear, ask us at the contact address at the end.
What data we collect
The only place on the site where you tell us anything about yourself is the demo request form. It has four fields:
- What should we call you — your name, or however you prefer to be addressed.
- Phone or Telegram — so that we can reply.
- Company — optional.
- What you want to call about — free text about your case.
We ask for nothing else and work nothing out automatically. We do not detect your city, build a profile or buy visitor data from anyone.
Why we need it
Only to get in touch with you, discuss your case and show you a demo. We do not send newsletters, and we neither sell your data nor pass it to advertising networks.
Where the data is stored and for how long
- The request arrives in the team’s work messenger and is kept for up to 12 months from the day you wrote. After that it is deleted, unless you have become a customer in the meantime.
- Server technical logs (page address, time, browser type, IP) are kept by our hosting provider. They exist to guard against failures and abuse and are not linked to your request.
Who else sees this data
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — the site’s hosting. Every request to a page goes through it.
- Google LLC — through fonts. The site loads the Geist typeface from Google Fonts, and Google sees your IP address while it does. We intend to host the font ourselves and remove this exchange.
- The messenger that receives the request — our team uses it to reply to you.
There are no other recipients.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no visitor counters, so no consent banner is needed. If analytics appears, we will update this document and ask for consent before switching it on.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us to show, correct or delete the data you sent us, and to withdraw your consent to processing. We will do it within 30 days. No particular reason is required — writing to us is enough.
Children
The site is addressed to companies and their staff. We deliberately do not collect data about people under 18.
Changes
If this document changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes apply only to future requests.
